Our sheet metal fabrication processes are comprised primarily of forming metal sheets to the desired shape using a variety of manufacturing methods beginning with laser cutting. The steps involved include laser cutting, bending, surface treatment, and/or assembly. 

Mild steel fabrication

Known for its versatility, mild steel has a variety of uses including structural steel, machinery parts, and pipelines, as well as gates and fencing. The mild sheet is easy to weld and form and used in general fabrication due to its low cost and can be finished with various coatings.

Stainless steel fabrication

Stainless steel fabrication refers to the process of cutting and bending steel into usable structures. The advantages of stainless-steel sheet metal include the fact that it is resistant to corrosion, fire, and heat as well as being very easy to clean. The most common Stainless is 304/304L and 316/316L for sheets and plates.
